Crop Intelligence
Fully CAA authorised · Nationally operated · Locally delivered
Multispectral drone imaging gives you a precise picture of crop health, stress and spatial variation that the naked eye simply can’t see. Our surveys generate NDVI, NDRE and other vegetation indices that your agronomist can use to make targeted input decisions — reducing costs, improving outcomes and supporting more sustainable production.
Why Choose Drone Mapping
Multispectral cameras detect plant stress weeks before visible symptoms appear, giving you time to act.
Standard vegetation indices delivered as georeferenced maps, compatible with all major precision agronomy platforms.
Identify and map weed patches for targeted treatment — enabling significant reductions in application area.
Work with your agronomist to turn survey data into actionable variable-rate application maps.
Repeat surveys across a season build a picture of crop development and identify persistent problem areas.
Outputs compatible with Gatekeeper, Muddy Boots, Omnia and other farm management systems.

Questions
NDVI (Normalised Difference Vegetation Index) measures the ratio of red and near-infrared light reflected by plants. Healthy plants absorb red light and reflect near-infrared; stressed or sparse crops show a lower NDVI value. Mapping this across a field reveals spatial variation that drives input decisions.
For arable crops, 2–4 surveys per season is typical — at establishment, tillering/stem extension, flag leaf and post-harvest. Your agronomist will advise the optimal timings for your system.
Yes. We deliver standard GeoTIFF outputs compatible with most precision agronomy platforms. Prescription maps can be generated in formats compatible with variable-rate spreaders and sprayers.
We recommend working with a BASIS-qualified agronomist to interpret outputs and build prescriptions. We can work directly with your agronomist and share data in their preferred format.
